Janet Jackson is ready to become a mom!

The music icon announced that she is canceling the second leg of her “Unbreakable” world tour so that she and husband, Wissam Al Mana, can expand their family.

“We’re in the second leg of the tour, and there actually has been a sudden change,” Jackson said in video clip shared on her social media accounts. “I thought it was important that you be the first to know. My husband and I are planning our family. So I’m going to have to delay the tour.”

Jackson continued, “Please, if you can try and understand it’s important that I do this now. I have to rest up, doctor’s orders. I have not forgotten about you. I will continue the tour as soon as I possibly can.”

The “Rhythm Nation” singer thanked her fans for all their love and support, and promised to get back on tour when the time is right.

“Thank you to all the fans for your love, your undying love, your loyalty, that means so much to me,” she said. “You are truly appreciated and it’s been a long journey, and you guys have been there each and every step of the way.”

Jackson, 49, and Al Mana, 41, tied the knot in 2012 in a private ceremony.
