Phoenix Employment Ministry Honors The Rise Up Graduates Class 2014

On Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at St James Episcopal Church in Wilmington NC (PEM) Phoenix Employment Ministry had a amazing graduation for the participants is their Rise Up Program. Walking the stage and receiving certificates for the completion of the program is Kay Blyth, Allan Brauer, Samaria Delts, Christine George, Shantel Irvin, David Jenkins, Destiny Jenkins, Jalisa Raby, Terrance Smith, Tracy Soto, and Sharmaine Sykes.  Congratulations to you all on your accomplishment. This day could not have gone any better and it’s all thanks to Lauren Williams along with Reverend Don Skinner, Will Rikard, Ally Thornton, and all the Rise Up Volunteers. Presidential Style was honored to be invited to such a wonderful ceremony highlighting the next step to graduates new journey of success.

Award winning Chef Keith Rhodes owner of Catch Restaurant in Wilmington NC gave such a touching Inspirational Message that it left a positive impact on us all.

What is Rise Up?

In its second year, Rise Up continues to empower and educate participants through practicing Personal Development, Budgeting, and Career Advancement skills. Rise Up will soon implement Phase Two, which will further enhance the success and support of participants.

Phoenix Employment Ministry is currently recruiting interested Rise Up participants who will begin the program January 14th 2015.
